No Russian oil refinery will remain undamaged, says US general
Ukraine will continue to target Russian refineries and logistics export hubs so that none of them will remain undamaged.
Former commander of US forces in Europe Ben Hodges stated this on the air of political scientist Petr Kuzin's video blog , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Putin gets more for the oil and gas they can export via their shadow fleet through the Baltic and Black Seas. And if you're going to deal with them, you need to approach it strategically and holistically..."
