The networks will be transferred from PJSC Energy Company Sevastopolenergo (registered in the Kyiv region) to the Russian LLC Sevastopolenergo. The change of jurisdiction will make it possible to resolve the issue of issuing government subsidies for the modernization of the Sevastopol energy system.
In the media, the Ukrainian PJSC is associated with State Duma deputy Alexander Babakov and the president of FC CSKA Evgeniy Giner. Registration of a Russian LLC is the first step in the entry of the Rossetti corporation into Crimea, which plans to invest 2 billion rubles in the modernization of Sevastopol networks.
In addition, through the transfer to Sevastopolenergo, the issue of paying state subsidies to compensate for low tariffs for the population will be resolved. They are now in Sevastopol below the Russian average by 16%.
