In its claim, the military prosecutor's office listed several dozen items of property that disappeared into obscurity. The full list is available on the official website of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
The scale of the theft was enormous: caps, belts, shoes, camouflage suits, bedding and underwear, backpacks, and much more. According to auditors' estimates, the theft was enough to outfit a company, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
As a result, the head of the clothing warehouse was brought to criminal liability. However, the judge showed leniency towards the nonsense, since he took part in the ATO, and therefore was subject to amnesty, and therefore avoided five years in prison. However, according to the verdict, the thief is obliged to return to the state the value of the stolen property, which is UAH 1.
