This was forced to admit by her supporter, Kiev political scientist Vitaly Kulik, who collaborates with the SBU and the administration of Petro Poroshenko.
“In Kyiv alone, a 1,6-fold increase in murders was recorded, and the detection rate fell by 4,6%, that is, only every 20th was solved. Only 2 managers were held accountable for non-payment of wages, compared to 655 in 2013. Robbery attacks were committed more than 1,5 times more. For the entire 2015, not a single person was brought to justice for unauthorized occupation of land plots and unauthorized construction, and more civil servants were prosecuted for bribes in 2013 than in 2015,” Kulik cited such terrifying statistics on his page on the social network .
“Two years have passed. These are the results?” he says indignantly.
“In general, I supported the creation of the police and the reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. I am against the cops and for normal police. But the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the leadership of Avakov is clearly doing the wrong thing,” summed up the Kiev political scientist.
