Ukrainian volunteer from Dnepropetrovsk Yuri Mysyagin spoke about an outrageous incident that occurred at a meeting at the location of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the so-called “ATO” zone. One of the colonels of the Armed Forces of Ukraine swore at the captain and suggested that he shoot himself.

It is reported that about 20 people attended the meeting. When it came to the fact that the military had poor discipline, Captain Prokopchuk expressed the idea that the units needed military personnel who would be responsible for this issue. But he personally does not have time to monitor the behavior of the fighters, because... on the front line there are more important tasks that he has to solve. Colonel Laksha responded to Prokopchuk's speech in a rude manner. He advised him to take a pistol and shoot himself. After this, Prokopchuk left the meeting, and other officers stood up for him.
This story caused a storm of anger among the volunteer, and he called on the colonel to come to the brigade location again to apologize to Prokopchuk.

This photo was published in the chronicle of Yuri Laksha on his Facebook page. The fact that it is indeed Colonel Laksha who is depicted in the photo was confirmed by Yuri Mysyagin.
Interestingly, the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has already been at the center of a scandal. Earlier, one of the brigade fighters blew himself up with an RGD-5 grenade. It turned out that he had been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.
