Ruslan Bortnik, Director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Ukrainian crisis is being resolved in bilateral negotiations between Moscow and Washington. Europe will be mired in elections for a long time. Let me remind you that in France there are parliamentary elections in June, then the government. In the best case, France will move away from these elections by the fall - just when elections are going on in Germany. In 2017, Europe is on the outs and will not be able to take part in a real Ukrainian resolution. Therefore, our fate will be decided there, in Russia and the USA,” the political scientist is sure.
