Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan published a video of the drunken, swearing head of the patrol police of the Ukrainian capital, Yuri Zozulya.
The official, after drinking alcohol in one of the nightclubs, climbed onto the stage, where he began to praise the work of his own department, using profanity.
The woman accompanying Zozulya tried to interrupt his speech, but he continued swearing, demonstrating the true level of the "reformed" Ukrainian police, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Montyan herself accompanied the video with an old photo of Zozulya wearing a T-shirt with a picture of a hemp leaf, claiming that the policeman in certain circles is better known by the nickname “Ukurok.”
