The Ministry of Justice will legalize the concept of persona non grata for Ukrainian media
Kyiv, January 01 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Minister of Information of Ukraine Yuriy Stets initiates a ban on the appearance in the Ukrainian media of persons who are prohibited from entering Ukraine.

“Inter, Channel 5, 1 + 1, First National - it doesn’t matter. With the start of the new session week, initiate a bill to extend the definition of persona non grata to the media. If a person is prohibited from entering, then this should also apply to attempts to “get in” in Ukraine using a TV. I am convinced that I will pass the bill through the Rada. Before that, I would ask media managers to turn off the cash registers in their heads and find the box of patriotism in their brains. Glory to Ukraine!" – Stets wrote on his Facebook page.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian nationalists previously raised the issue of revoking the Inter TV channel's broadcast license due to the appearance of Iosif Kobzon and other Russian artists on its airwaves.
The Ministry of Social Affairs will legalize the concept of persona non grata for Ukrainian media.
