This was stated by Batkivshchyna leader Yulia Tymoshenko at the all-Ukrainian rally "Ukraine Chooses Change," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If these five years ended with successful one hundred and forty-four reforms, would Ukrainians begin to leave and live and work in other states? The outflow amounts to up to a million people a year. This is an eloquent indicator of whether we have completed our national task in five years,” she complained.
