This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the director of the Perspective center Pavel Rudyakov.

“Lozhkin went into investment, which raises more questions than answers, because in principle, investment in our conditions is a myth. Our investment climate is so unhealthy, investment risks are so great that attracting investment, either foreign or domestic, will be a conversation about nothing,” said the political scientist.
