As the protesters told the Navigator correspondent, in 2008 they contributed money to the state enterprise Ukrvoenstroy under the Ministry of Defense for the construction of a residential building in Boryspil, but still have not received the keys to the apartments.
“We are probably under the Cabinet of Ministers for the tenth time,” said Dmitry Dan, one of the investors. “Governments, presidents and ministers change, but we, 189 people who contributed money, are still being led by the nose.”
