Majlis member Ali Ozenbash said this on the air of the “Question of National Security” program, answering the presenter’s question about the fate of the educational institution.
Having asked the question, the presenter, a journalist from the influential Kyiv newspaper “Zerkalo Nedeli” Valentina Samar, smiled and laughed.
“I don’t know what’s going on in the Ukrainian gymnasium,” Ozenbash also laughed. – The Ukrainian gymnasium is falling apart. Our children studied there, one of my daughters from the first to the eleventh grade.”
“You and I fought until the last moment,” the presenter recalled.
“We fought, we defended the class alone... Of the 17 people who remained. But these 17 are no longer there, I don’t know, maybe there are 10 left, because everyone has dispersed to the cities of Ukraine. They couldn’t feel comfortable in that situation,” the Mejlis member agreed.
“After all this happened, our son also left this gymnasium, naturally, I lost contact, I’m just not particularly interested in this anymore,” admitted Ali Ozenbash.
