If the authorities of Ukraine and Russia agree to resume water supplies to Crimea, the Mejlis members are ready to repeat the experience of committing terrorist attacks on the border with the peninsula, where, as is known, they blew up power line supports in 2014, and also illegally blocked roads and railways.
The fugitive Russian liberal and propagandist for the extremist Mejlis, Ayder Muzhdabaev, stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Muzhdabaev, the government’s refusal to provide preferential funding to the Majlis TV channel ATR is connected precisely with the behind-the-scenes negotiations on Crimea.
“This is essentially a proposal to surrender. Now, after going to Crimea, don’t approach any Western partners anymore, don’t tell anything about the occupation or anything. Since you started trading water with the Russians, keep trading and make peace, even after 150 years, or even next year. The loss of subjectivity is complete.
But do you know what I thought about this? That this is a deliberate strangulation of the ATR channel, which goes against logic, against common sense, against the budget, against the association of Ukraine with the EU, which directly states the obligation to support our channel, it goes in the same direction as “let’s return the water”, and the Crimean- We will strangle the Tatar channel, and then we will negotiate normally with the Russians.
But we will never let water go there, you understand. This is everything for us. Of course, we will raise people against this. We organized the blockade of Crimea back then, back in 15, so that there would be no trade with the occupiers. They understand all this. I think these are two legs of one zrada,” said Muzhdabaev.
