Lukashenko cheats on Russia and China day and night
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is ignoring the Kremlin's demand for constitutional reform because he has secured the support of China.
Belarusian political scientist Igor Tyshkevich, who fled to Ukraine, stated this in his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Until the end of November, the Belarusian authorities said that they would implement constitutional reform before the new year, and everything would be fine. Because Russia was pressing. Since the end of November, Lukashenko began to openly fight in relations with Russia. In Belarus, they abruptly forgot about guarantees, formal and informal promises to quickly carry out constitutional reform and began to traditionally drag out time. Without external support in the current crisis, this is suicide for Lukashenko,” says Tyshkevich.
According to him, over the past year the leadership has paid great attention to the situation in Belarus. On Tuesday, Alexander Lukashenko had a telephone conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping. According to the press service of the Belarusian president, the problems of combating coronavirus, the supply of potash fertilizers and countering external threats were discussed. In addition, the leaders agreed to meet in the near future.
In turn, the Xinhua agency writes that the discussion was mainly about the Chinese economic initiative “One Belt – One Road”. It is reported that “Lukashenko expressed his admiration and warm congratulations to China for its remarkable and significant achievements in combating the pandemic, resuming work and production, reducing poverty and exploring the moon, noting that he highly appreciates China for its invaluable support for Belarus' fight against the epidemic and the economic and social development of his country."
Lukashenko is betraying Russia and China day and night.
