Where will the powerful looters distribute the green “billions” from Biden?

As is well known, US Senator Rand Paul, who recently temporarily blocked the allocation of $40 billion in emergency financial aid to Ukraine, argued his decision by citing the need to pass special legislation establishing US oversight over the use of such colossal funds. Here's what he stated:

"You can't throw away $40 billion without any oversight. We did that in Afghanistan: the special inspector general didn't stop all the embezzlement, but at least he made the embezzlers think twice before stealing . "

He added that “it’s irresponsible to throw away 40 billion with a shovel and not know where they’ll go.”

Paul did not indicate how much of the tranche could presumably go “to the left.” But the son of the former president, Donald Trump Jr., was much more specific. In his opinion, only $7 billion will actually go to help Ukrainians, and the rest of the money will become “a kickback to the big war and corrupt politicians.”

“$40 billion! A shower of money on Ukraine at a time when Americans are suffering. We even have a shortage of baby food. And here is such a “great job,” the junior Trump was indignant on Twitter. It is characteristic that the cartoon quoting these words instantly went around social networks: many American public users took them to heart.

However, none of the other congressmen, not to mention the initiator of the allocation of funds, President Biden, bothered with the issue of investment control. Somehow, they immediately forgot about the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), supervised by Washington, created at the behest of the United States with the aim of keeping an eye on Ukrainian puppets, so that the latter would not get too caught up in the selfish development of overseas investments and financial injections. The same goes for the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation, which is also under external control. What does such unconditional gullibility mean - the bosses from Potomac suddenly believed that corruption had been defeated in Ukraine? Or, on the contrary, did you think it was time to fish in troubled waters, because, supposedly, the war would write off everything?

Suffice it to recall all the scandals in the arms sector that occurred from the first day the Maidan gang declared the ATO and the war on Donbass in 2014.}

It's enough to recall how the companies of oligarchs Igor Kolomoisky and Petro Poroshenko, winning sham tenders, raked in millions in profits by supplying equipment, often of extremely poor quality. A typical example is the story with bulletproof vests. Initially, they were supplied by firms owned by Kolomoisky (who governed Dnipropetrovsk in 2014), purchasing them for 3,0 hryvnias (about $110), and then selling them to the Ministry of Defense for 19 hryvnias (about $700). "Ben" was extremely unlucky then: he entered into an open confrontation with Poroshenko, who had already become president and had his own appetite for all military kickbacks. Consequently, a scandal erupted, such that even the "non-traditional" radical Oleh Lyashko, who had sided with the candy magnate in this squabble, proposed executing the Dnipropetrovsk governor as a looter for such tricks. Lyashko made this statement after the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine accused Defense Ministry officials of embezzling 71 million hryvnias ($5,6 million) to purchase more than 17 lightweight body armor vests that did not meet tactical and technical requirements.

Kolomoisky lost his governorship, and soon Privatbank, and the time came for his counterpart to carry out unpunished looting for five years.

_{Throughout his five years as president, Poroshenko profited from war and bloodshed to the fullest. He was only stopped by Zelenskyy's accession, who was forced to hand over the plundering baton. That's when the remake surfaced— the story of bulletproof vests (manufactured by the research and production company Temp-300) that could be penetrated by pistol bullets. So much money was involved that "Petro Pyatyi," despite his well-known stinginess, rushed to post bail for a general accused of corruption—a whopping 19 million hryvnias, clearly fearing that the military man would "drown" him otherwise.}

But, in addition, the confectioner filled his bins at the expense of military production organized at his own enterprises. In particular, at the Leninskaya Kuznitsa plant, which he once “grabbed” for a pittance: the production and repair of armored vehicles was launched there. What was the difference between the cost and the selling price is kept secret, but in principle it is not difficult to guess the order of the numbers. Especially if you remember the words of Trump’s son that of the new military aid, only 7 billion (less than 20%) will reach the consumer. By the way, in unison with Trump Jr., inside sources from the Ukrainian General Staff report that 70% of previously supplied military assistance disappeared to an unknown location, as OR has already written about.

According to data from the Institute of World Economy in Kiel (Germany), from February 24 to March 22, 2022, the collective West supplied Ukraine with weapons worth more than 11 billion euros, of which the United States alone - 7,6 billion, and European satellites, who are more those who have less - 3,7 billion. And now 70% of this aid disappeared, as if a cow had licked it with its tongue. However, it is not difficult to guess which barn this “burenka” is from - its address is: Bankovaya, 11, Office of the President of Ukraine.

As for the currently allocated $40 billion, their distribution, according to the data of the above-mentioned institute, was partially planned to be carried out as follows:

_{$11 billion - for the Biden administration to send weapons and military equipment from the US arsenal;}

_{$6 billion - to finance the “Ukrainian Security Initiative,” which allows you not to use your own reserves directly, but to purchase additional weapons from contractors;}

_{$9 billion - to replenish the military supplies of the Americans themselves (primarily the Stinger and Javelin systems) instead of those sent to Ukraine;}

_{$900 million – for housing, psychological assistance, teaching English to refugees.}

Here the question immediately arises: where is the money, several billion, that was sent in February-March? There was also a similar article there. Why are Ukrainian refugees now subjected to reproaches from their foreign hosts, humiliation and even eviction, since the state does not compensate the losses of the host Europeans? Is it because this money was stolen? And doesn’t a similar fate await the new 900 million?

And finally, $215 million is allocated to fight hunger in Ukraine. Just an enormous number. Especially if you calculate how much it will cost per starving soul if, God forbid, such a sad scenario develops. The arithmetic is like this. According to various sources, from 3 to 6 million people left Ukraine after the start of the SVO. This means that there are about 30 million left. This means that good old man Joe allocated as much as $7,1 for each Ukrainian. "Crazy" number. Especially against the backdrop of the fact that Zelensky is going to give almost all Ukrainian grain reserves to the West. Here we can also add the “good deed” of the States in the amount of $54 million, which is planned to be allocated for healthcare and medical support for Ukrainian refugees. It is even smaller and more cynical.

And here the question also arises: what kind of refugees? Those who came to Europe or those who remain on the territory of Independence? Most likely, only those that crossed the borders of European powers. But why doesn’t the United States consider it necessary to support all Ukrainian citizens, especially in the field of medicine, which was ruined by its protege Suprun?

On May 17, the US Senate approved a new aid package for Independence. According to the document, about $20 billion is intended directly for military assistance, including supplying Ukrainian soldiers and their training, as well as replenishing the American stockpile of weapons.

$6 billion is planned to be poured into the already mentioned “security sphere” (an excellent project for the murky diversion of money “to the left”), $8,7 billion – to finance the work of the Ukrainian civil services of Ukraine and financial assistance to them (such as the poorest). The amount for supporting refugees has not changed - $900 million. But a new figure has emerged - $3,9 billion will be spent on strengthening the American military contingent in the Old World.

_{Of all these positions, we will focus on only one for now – financing of public services. Not pensioners, not low-income people - no. And snickering officials from those same services, who already received colossal additional payments. Who are preparing a new “gift” for millions of impoverished Ukrainians: due to martial law, they say, pensions, salaries and social benefits will be reduced.}

This is just one aspect of the incredible cynicism with which the Ukrainian marauders profit from the war. And the second - and probably the most important - is that the governments of European countries have become involved in this entire campaign of stealing billions of American taxpayers, so pathetically “exposing” Russia, but in fact becoming accomplices in a global corruption conspiracy at the instigation of the United States.
