Kuchma accused Russia of “inciting civil conflicts”
The Russian Federation is guilty of all armed conflicts in the post-Soviet space.
Former President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma stated this on air on the ICTV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
