Lenur Usmanov, a member of the Sevastopol branch of Kyrym Birligi, stated this on the air of the “Gravity” talk show on the ATR TV channel.
“Crimea became part of Russia, but Russia did not come to Crimea. And the Ukrainian echo actually shows the failure of those authorities that would lead the Crimean peninsula and its inhabitants into the Russian community. That is, instead of integration, a process of degradation occurs.
If today one asks the question whether our authorities can come out here to the barrier and answer the questions that concern society, and whether it can answer them, I think that it cannot,” said Lenur Usmanov.
The presenter agreed with him, recalling how representatives of the State Committee for Nationalities of Crimea refused to come to one of the recent broadcasts of “Gravity”:
“They refused to come here because they are offended by me,” she was indignant.
