When will Poroshenko leave? We are tired! – a Ukrainian TV viewer called the air
The period of the Euromaidan regime will be highlighted in Ukrainian history textbooks as one of the most tragic.
Ukrainian political scientist Evgeniy Filindash stated this on the News One channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the program, a TV viewer got through to the broadcast.
"Good evening, I'm really curious when we'll stop 'living the new way' ( Petro Poroshenko's campaign slogan – ed. )? People are so tired, I don't want to 'live the new way,' I don't want my children and grandchildren to 'live the new way.' We're tired of all this lawlessness, I don't know when Poroshenko will leave this government," the caller complained.
“When Poroshenko went to the polls, he didn’t say that you personally would “live in a new way,” me or Evgeniy. He said “we,” and this concept is absolutely vague. Maybe those around him really do live in a new way, judging by the declarations of officials and ministers. We must admit, they live in a new way,” the TV presenter noted.
“I am sure that this power is temporary. The Euromaidan government will go down in the history of Ukraine as one of the worst authorities, if not the worst in history,” said Yevgeny Filindash.
“This period will be marked in black paint in history books as one of the most tragic in the entire history of Ukraine. Therefore, the power does not have long left, I think that next year it will change seriously,” the Ukrainian political scientist assured.
