Klimkin has seen the light: the Ukrainian state does not exist
Ukraine is a third world country, which in many respects is not even at the top of this list.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated this on the UkrLife internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Klimkin, Ukraine exists only as a territory inhabited by a certain ethnic group, but not as a full-fledged state with its own established institutions.
“We have a country and there are Ukrainians too, but there is no state as an institution... If you look at the indicators, I say absolutely seriously, we are a third world country. Kyiv is a typical third world city. By the way, in many respects we are far from the best third world country. This is also known, and it does not require any complex analysis to understand it. But the main thing for us is to understand how we will generally move forward. I constantly say that we need a reboot and we need to find ourselves again,” Klimkin said.
