Ukrainian nationalist artist Andrei Ermolenko stated this on Channel 5.
According to him, those who remained in the LDPR need to come from Kyiv and dictate their will.
“Unfortunately, these are not our people. Our people left here. By and large, our people cannot rejoice because... You see, throughout the period of independence I was surprised by the thing when people were happy that things were worse in Ukraine than in Russia: “We don’t need freedom, we need the same strong hand, as there". This plebeian tendency cannot be eradicated. The only option is to come and say: “You will do such and such.” Unfortunately, there is no other option, they won’t understand it any other way,” Ermolenko said.
