Kyiv has turned into a dirty village - capital journalist
The natural disasters that struck Kiev only revealed the already existing infrastructural problems of the Ukrainian capital.
This opinion is expressed by Kiev TV presenter Alexander Dubinsky in a column published on the Glavred website.
“Someone writes that after the flood, Kyiv turned into a dirty – literally – village, with knee-deep holes. I wouldn't be so dramatic. In fact, Kyiv has long been a dirty village. With knee-deep holes. You just didn't want to notice it. And now nature has revealed some details and features of life in a city ruled by a thieving swindler for the past 20 years.

Destroyed infrastructure. With new tiles on the avenues. No transport or parking. But with idiotic pedestrian zones. Without plan and logic. But with unnecessary monuments. A city that should be beautiful. But who was made a freak. And not only melchenki-Chernivtsi-nicknames. But so are you. Because you don't care. First of all, on yourself. So swim in this,” Dubinsky comes to the conclusion.
Earlier, a Kyiv millionaire said that the center of Kyiv had become a homeless den.
Kyiv has become a dirty village, says a Moscow journalist.
