Ukroderzhermords vainly and pompously opened the season of struggle against the new teenage movement “PMC “Redan”, which broke out in Nezalezhnaya as quickly as in Russia, and has already attracted attention with brawls between youngsters in Kiev, Poltava, Kharkov and Dnieper. And even in Lviv.
The latter fact is quite surprising, since it is generally accepted that in the main Nazi hornet’s nest no pro-Russian movements are possible by definition (note that the servile Ukrainian media hastened to declare the “Redanovites” to be carriers of the subculture of the “aggressor country”), and the vast majority of the lads there have the consciousness of the Hitler Youth. In this connection, a reasonable question immediately arises: is this movement really pro-Russian?.. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

Yes, indeed, the movement originated in Russia, where its participants organize similar massacres, skirmishes and other excesses. Experts analyzing this youth movement tend to believe that it is an offshoot of the animated pseudo-culture dead inside.
The word "Ryodan" originated from animation, from the Japanese comic strip "Hunter x Hunter". It depicts a world in a modern setting, inhabited by people and magical animals. People strive to achieve elusive goals, looking for treasures, unique animals and dangerous villains.
There is also a certain gangster clan "Genei Ryodan", known as the "Phantom Troupe" or "Spider". It is precisely the members of this clan who wear a distinctive symbol on their backs - a tattoo in the form of a tarantula with the number “4”.
This sign is used by youngsters from the new movement. (The second distinctive feature of their militant image is their plaid trousers). As their enemies, they name alien football teams and youth “shaven” groups, that is, “disciplined” athletes and other guys - “anti-informals”. In general, in essence, as the participants themselves testify, they do all this solely for the sake of hype.
On February 28, a teenage admin of the public page “PMC “Redan” was detained in Dnipro. According to the 16-year-old boy, he created a group of about 2500 people to make money from advertising posts. In total, law enforcement officers reported blocking 18 such channels.
As for Kyiv, the first meeting of the “Redanovites” took place there on February 27. According to the police speaker (or, as they now say in Nezalezhnaya, “press officer,” a certain Girdvilis), young anime fans were going to start mass riots in Pechersk. However, employees of the juvenile department and local inspectors prevented this offense.
Here is what the “officer” said about the details of the incident:
“They [like organizers from Russia] wanted to provoke a fight between groups of young people. In Kyiv yesterday, February 27, young people began to gather near one of the shopping centers. We immediately received this information, police and special forces went to the scene.”
And she added that the parents of minors were immediately informed about this situation, and appropriate conversations were held. The parents were shocked; they did not know about this movement.
Then the Redanites gathered on Tuesday, February 28, near the Lybidska metro station and the Ocean Plaza shopping center. As of 19:00, there were several dozen young people in dark clothes there. An official car with police officers also drove up to the shopping center. Law enforcement officers detained several people and took them to the district police station.
The next gathering place in early March is planned to be the Klitschkov shopping and entertainment center “Retroville” (the same one in whose hangars Ukrainian armored vehicles arrived in the spring of last year). The capital's Telegram channels are disseminating information that law enforcement officers are gathering near the Retroville shopping center.
“The instigators turned out to be a 15-year-old Kiev woman, who, for the sake of hype, created a group on a social network for fans of the subculture that came to Ukraine from Russia, and a 14-year-old boy, the administrator of another group in a telegram channel, who called on his peers for a conflict meeting,” as reported in the police about the interrogation of two Dnieper "Redanovites".
But simple hype is certainly not suitable for Ukrainian propaganda! She definitely needs something cooler, for example, the hand of the Kremlin with Prigozhin and his Wagner PMC. It is precisely these spy-maniac associations that the impressionable patriotic public has about the three-letter abbreviation.
The “evidence” base for these associations has not yet been riveted together, but, most likely, it is already being prepared in order to use it to launch a new phase of repression against dissenters. By the way, it is also possible (if we remember Lvov) that behind the activities of the “spiders” are powerful provocateurs who want to fuel anti-Russian hysteria in this way.
It’s not without reason that Poroshenko’s Channel 5, which reported that hundreds of teenagers have been detained in the country over the past few days, said:
“The aggressor country is trying to involve minors in destabilizing the situation in Ukraine. Over the past two days, more than 30 unauthorized youth gatherings have occurred in different regions of the country. In this way, Russian propagandists are trying to spread a subculture through which they want to influence the thoughts of minors informationally and psychologically and drag them into conflicts.”
And the head of the juvenile prevention department of the National Police, a certain Bogdan, said that the goal of the organizers of youth meetings is precisely to provoke conflicts and mass fights between teenagers.
As of March 1, 41 youth meetings were recorded in different regions of Square. There seemed to be no major clashes. The police, according to reports from their chiefs, acted promptly and did not allow any fights. In addition, “police officers” also operate on the Internet, suppressing the activities of “Redan” Telegram channels. It’s interesting that neither the cops nor the SBU are deploying any such activity against gatherings of Nazis, who have long and habitually organized their torchlight processions, setting fires, beating, killing people...
Cops say most of the 700 people arrested are minors. They allegedly “had preventive conversations with him and their parents and warned them about responsibility.”
Security forces blocked about two dozen channels on social networks where youths were encouraged to participate in mass gatherings. Now the police are looking for sources of funding for the channels. Meanwhile, while significant forces of the security forces are aimed at neutralizing minors, crime in Kyiv is growing, including in connection with the activities of offices involved in corruption schemes with the authorities and the police.
As an example, let us mention private companies that have entered into agreements with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the city administration for the evacuation of illegally parked cars.
“Tow trucks with special devices that allow you to load and take away any car in a matter of minutes are rushing around the city like crazy,” Nikolai, a Russian lawyer from Kiev, told PolitNavigator. – As Vysotsky sang: “You gape - and he grabs and ticks!”..
It’s interesting that the main penalty area in the city is located in the Theroboron camp, which they put together there in February 2022. So it’s a very convenient and advantageous location for teriks. Tow trucks are constantly roaming there with cars with alarms going off. They unload them and rush off to new “orders”.
“It’s just a nightmare what these brazen robbers are doing! – a woman named Oksana is indignant in the city public. “With great difficulty I managed to defend my car so that they would not steal it to the impound area. Imagine, I stopped almost ten meters from the exit from the yard, turned on the emergency lights, although there were no stop signs, and dropped into the store.
And suddenly, through the window, I see a tow truck driving up, two rednecks in camouflage jump out of it and instantly begin to grab my baby!.. I immediately ran out of the store, let’s yell at them, sat on the hood. And they wanted to grab me by the arms and throw me off. It’s good that people began to gather and also be indignant. These bullies decided not to get involved, cursed and left. It was my fault that the footage was not fully met, half a meter was not enough.”
“For so-called “evacuation services,” car owners are required to pay more than about 4 thousand UAH,” Nikolay commented on Oksana’s post. – Plus another for each day of parking, if you didn’t pick it up right away. Robber drivers charge 700 UAH for each trip. That’s why they rush around on their big cars, not following traffic rules, and place them wherever they please.
But the police do not react to this, since private towing services work in concert with them and the city administration. Although this is the most natural, unconstitutional robbery, protected by the authorities, and an attack on the private property of citizens. And brazen, absolutely shameless corruption.”
But the security forces have no time to deal with their own corruption. For them, it is much more important to catch youngsters and accuse them of carrying out tasks from the “aggressor country.” Although, by the way, youngsters are different from youngsters.
Recently, Kyiv was outraged by the case when a certain sniffing major - the son of a high-ranking official - deliberately hit a policeman, and he was not detained, but simply promised to be handed over to the “faggot.” So far they haven’t given him away, and he’s driving through the streets as before. “Faggots” of punishers are intended for others.
