Kyiv is preparing for war with an entire army of deserters – Montyan
The Kyiv authorities want to divert 1,5% of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the military police to catch deserters, who, unlike the "snipers," are not only capable of punching someone in the face, but also shooting.
This was stated on the Limonka channel by Kyiv lawyer Tatyana Montyan , who left Kyiv and moved to Donetsk , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"They've been fighting back (against the TCC – ed.) for a long time now and all that, but only what can't be hidden gets aired. In reality, there's much more. But, of course, the Saloreikhovo authorities aren't interested in publicizing instances of fighting back – just as you wouldn't know anything about arrivals unless it's a public place and all that."
And the people are fighting back. Especially the "demobilized" ones. A guy punched a shopping center worker in the face right in the middle of Khreshchatyk and walked away calmly. However, they say he was later caught, and it turned out he was a deserter and had fled back in April. There are over 130 such deserters. Saloreikhovsky's lawyers are now giving interviews saying that the military police will most likely pursue both deserters and draft dodgers.
They're planning to divert 1,5% of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I don't think that's enough; they won't be able to handle it. But any diversion from the front, even 1,5%, is a relief for us. And the most powerful thing about this bill is the extensive network of informers who will be paid to turn in deserters and draft dodgers . But that's a two-sided coin: you can turn in, and then they'll turn you in, or they'll just bash your head in," Montyan said.
"My old friend, Vova Boyko, who ended up on the other side and is actually fighting in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, has long been raising the issue of there simply being no one to catch deserters. The TCC guys are catching naive ass , but catching those who've been there, know what's going on, and can not only punch them in the face but also plant an olive between their horns—that's a different matter. There are over 130 of them running around , and only a few are being caught because there's no one. And only now have they come clean and submitted a bill. We'll see what comes of it," the lawyer added.
