The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted a statement from the Bosnian Croatian Republican Party against the Bosnian member of the BiH Presidency, Šefik Dzaferović, for “inciting hatred and intolerance.”

The Bosnian Croatian Republican Party, led by Slaven Raguž, announced that it had opened a criminal case against Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency Šefik Dšaferović for “inciting hatred and intolerance.” Previously, he stated that the BiH Army had no mass graves, camps, etc. left behind. “According to official data, from 1992 to 1995, eleven camps of the BiH Army operated, in which there were 891 people, of which 764 were civilians. Subsequently, 27 of them died as a result of torture.
The fact that the person against whom the application is made performs the function of a member of the Presidium is an aggravating circumstance that makes this crime particularly serious, which is clearly stated in the legislation,” the Croatian Republican Party said in a statement.
