According to him, Ukraine may well deceive Russia by subsequently violating the memorandum on non-entry into NATO.
“If Russia wants Ukraine not to join NATO, then no one forbids us to sign the corresponding memorandum and implement it in the same way as Russia implements the Budapest Memorandum. We can tell them - yes, we agree to sign it, but we will act the same way as you do towards us,” Berezovets said.
