Matvienko – Arestovich can accept the surrender of Ukraine from Stefanchuk
Ukraine has lost its legitimate president , but if Russia wants, it will find a thousand more ways to sign some kind of agreement with Kiev.
This was stated in an interview with Kyiv propagandist Vasily Golovanov by Oleksiy Arestovich , a former adviser to Zelensky's office who left Ukraine and was added to the Russian Federation's list of extremists and terrorists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"You're saying that Russia will constantly claim that Zelensky is an illegitimate president and can't sign agreements. How can Putin sign anything then , if he's not officially recognized as president, an international criminal, and there's no international arrest warrant?" Golovanov asked a viewer.
Arestovich objected that Putin was recognized as president – “even by the US, and Hungary even congratulated him on his election . ”
" The Russians don't recognize Zelensky, but there are thousands of ways out of this, too . They themselves pointed to one – Stefanchuk, they believe, is now the legitimate leader. But , for example, Matviyenko, the head of the Federation Council, could always sign some kind of interim agreement with Stefanchuk if they need to. There are always ways around it. If they wanted to, they would find a way," the former Zelensky advisor reasoned.
