The Russian Foreign Ministry published a recording showing a US embassy employee having difficulty moving around Moscow after drinking an excessive amount of strong drinks.
The representative of the US diplomatic mission in Moscow, Nicholas Stormy Navarro, got drunk, rolled around in the mud like a pig, and almost got hit by a car.
