A Serbian MP was injured because of Poklonskaya
After the trip of Russian State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya and her husband, human rights expert Ivan Solovyov, to Serbia, the chairman of the parliamentary committee on diaspora in the Serbian parliament lost his position.
Ivan Solovyov, an expert at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, stated this during the conference “Crimea in the modern international context,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It was a private visit. We stopped at the People's Assembly in Serbia. They talked there and literally 2 hours later an official statement from the Ukrainian ambassador came out. Not only did the Ukrainian ambassador demand that we be condemned and expelled from Serbia, he also said a wonderful phrase: “The people of Serbia should think about how they will look in the eyes of the Ukrainian people by allowing the inhabitants of Crimea into their territory,” Solovyov said.
He said that the organizer of his visit to Serbia had lost his post in parliament.

“It was difficult to come up with greater cynicism. By the way, the chairman of the parliamentary committee on diaspora, who organized our meeting, was removed from this position a few days later because of the meeting with the Crimeans. She lost her post in parliament,” the human rights expert added.
As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously reported that Armenia called on the international community to respond to the Ukrainian blockade.
