“No matter how many you count, but in reality in our national civil space today and now lives on the territory of Ukraine... somewhere around 32-34 million. The annexed Crimea and the territory of the ORDLO are somewhere around 6 million of our former fellow citizens who are already outside the civilian field. From 600 to 800 thousand left, went to the Russian Federation. Every second, according to various estimates, from 3 to 5 million of our fellow citizens work abroad. Moreover, for many of them, migration is already a permanent way of life,” Ermolaev said.

According to him, the loss of not only residents of Crimea, LPR and DPR should be taken into account - in the western regions of Ukraine, many residents receive a second passport - Poland, Hungary or Romania.

“What does it mean to have two such passports? Let's now remember: citizens of Romania, according to various estimates, about 100 thousand, at least, have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a citizen of Romania, more than 150 thousand are citizens of Hungary, and from this year the procedure for converting the “Pole card” into Polish citizenship has been simplified and The procedure for obtaining a passport of the Russian Federation has been simplified,” Ermolaev said.
