Foreign agent Kokh on the Navalny sect: “They walk around Berlin with banners, call for Dozhd”
The activities of Navalny supporters in exile are reminiscent of religious practices with worship of the leader.
Former Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alfred Koch, who fled to Germany, stated this in an interview with TV presenter and foreign agent Yevgeny Kiselev, who fled to Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"They have essentially created a religious cult of Navalny. They have all sorts of religious ceremonies and rituals. Any religion inevitably acquires such things. They will now periodically make these walks. Soon they will have some kind of uniform, distinctive signs.
Why are they fighting so hard – what banner should they come out with? This is purely religious nonsense,” Koch commented on Navalny’s intention to hold another “anti-war march” in Berlin.
He predicts that the memoirs of the late extremist Alexei Navalny, recently published in the United States, will now become “a book of Mao quotes, and then a sacred book” for his émigré supporters.
