Humanitarian aid from Russia cannot even feed a dog! – deputy
Kyiv, August 15 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Verkhovna Rada Deputy Viktor Baloga, former Minister of Emergency Situations of Ukraine, commented on the pictures of cars from the Russian humanitarian convoy for Donbass that appeared on the Internet.
Baloga noticed that the Russian trucks were half empty.

“I look at these half-empty Kamaz trucks and understand that I’ve already seen all this somewhere. Namely, in 2000, when I worked as the governor of Transcarpathia, and the fraternal Russian people decided to help us after the flood. True, then there were only 30 cars, not 280.
But that is not all. When the sanitary service carefully checked all this stuff, it turned out that the canned food was not only expired, but had survived perestroika and at least the last two General Secretaries of the USSR.
I, of course, thanked the Russian brothers for the “help” they provided, but I immediately earned myself a headache - not only was there a flood, but I also had to worry about where to dispose of all this stuff. That’s why you can’t feed a dog with it,” Baloga wrote on Facebook.
