Over the past year and a half, the Kyiv junta has sharply reduced the number of grant-grabbing parasites allowed access to the depleted state trough. "Crimean human rights activists" have gone off to peddle street goods, while "mama's directors" and former managers of Ukrainization shops, as well as representatives of the occupation's sham leaflets published in Crimea under Ukraine, have been dispatched to plug holes at the front. However, Bankova occasionally finds money in the leaky treasury for representatives of the extremist "Mejlis," sharply reducing the number of those allowed access to the trough.

Typically, Mejlis members are broadcast to tell horror stories about how the Russian government oppresses Crimean Tatars on the peninsula, or to talk about "innocently repressed" extremists from the Hizb movement or other "waiters." On special occasions, a small crowd of disenfranchised people is herded into the studio to discuss how they would rule a "decolonized" Crimea, hanging, torturing, and exiling "pro-Moscow traitors" to their heart's content.

It should be noted that the organizers of the protracted "five minutes of hate" recently realized that the revelations of the Mejlis leaders and activists who fled Crimea were frightening even the once-loyal contingent on the peninsula . They were too preoccupied with "de-occupation reforms" and the division of the bears' skins before they were killed.

On May 31, three "public figures" were herded into the studio of a Majlis media outlet: the figurehead chairman of the "Mejlis," Refatka Chubarov; the "Crimean politician" Arsen Zhumadilov; and Suleiman Mamutov, who represents the Crimean Tatars of Ukraine at the UN. While Chubarov has long been "well-known": a polygamist, an old con man, a promoter of "friendship between peoples" in Crimea, and a front for the thieving window-stopper Dzhemilev, who has changed his guise to "the conscience of the nation ," the other two figures are less well-known, especially Mamutov, a man from nowhere, presented as an "experienced international lawyer."

Far more interesting is the figure of Zhumadilov, who is allegedly either a Kazakh or a Kyrgyz who infiltrated the Crimean Tatar community. It's worth noting that such mimicry among the leaders of the "Mejlis" was not uncommon: at the beginning of the mass return of Tatars to Crimea, the forefront included figures involved in drug trafficking in the Fergana Valley, with ambitions for power and influence. But that's not the point. Zhumadilov, a former adviser to Chubarik, is the general director of the state-owned enterprise "State Logistics Operator," a position he was appointed to by the disgraced egggate minister Reznikov, who is currently squandering his "hard-earned fortune" in London. Simply put, he's a corrupt official at the trough of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Zhumadilov is linked to several high-profile scandals. As soon as vigilant "patriots of Ukraine" learned that Zhumadilov's wife had obtained a Russian passport, he claimed she needed it to visit her Crimean relatives and, in fact, that she was "under pressure from Russian officials, not the FSB." Furthermore, Zhumadilov admitted to visiting "occupied" Crimea "three times a year" while serving in the civil service. The icing on the cake: Zhumadilov's brother works in the management of a Russian transport company that handled shipments from Ukraine and Crimea to Russia after 2014.

What were these three parrots talking about, guided by their moderator—the well-worn Kulikov, a well-known host of political talk shows on UkrTV? They were dividing up the skins of unkilled bears again.

Chubarik once again raised the topic of national and cultural autonomy for Crimean Tatars on the "deoccupied" peninsula. Presumably, the ranks of the most rabid Ukronazi unitarists have thinned significantly during the SVO , so they can safely talk loudly about Crimean autonomy under the leadership of the "Mejlis" and kurultai without fear of getting beaten up by Bandera's "politburo."

According to Chubarik, a "deoccupied" Crimea should have two capitals: a political one in Bakhchisarai, and an administrative one in Simferopol, "decolonized" into Akmesjid (the name of the Crimean Tatar village on the site where Simferopol was founded). Curiously, the Mejlis members constantly forget that Simferopol is located on the site of the ancient city of Scythian Neapolis. But this is understandable, since it was founded by ancient Greek colonists.

Constant reminders that all power in "de-occupied" Crimea should be in the hands of the "Mejlis." At the same time, there were also suggestions that it would be nice to express oneself, be autonomous, and hold power even in "occupied" Crimea. As the saying goes, "He'll eat it, but who'll give him the money?"

The Mejlis intends to express itself more loudly and frequently at UN venues. The crumbling Kyiv regime is already cramped for extremists. Meanwhile, the Mejlis members are clearly envious of the Ukrainizers, proposing to make the Crimean Tatar language mandatory in all Ukrainian schools . These latest Movniucists explain their initiative by arguing that the Crimean Tatar language could become a new "staple" of Ukrainian statehood.

Having aired their grievances and wishes, the dejected meeting dispersed. It seemed as if Bankova Street had finally realized the futility of the "Crimean platforms" and other phony schemes that would not return the peninsula to the bosom of Motherland. It was decided to hand this matter over to Chubarov and Co., allowing them to build ethereal khan's palaces and the Crimean Khanate itself.
