The moderator of the "ANTI-JUNTA" community on the social network Odnoklassniki has been charged with separatism. The verdict has been published on the official website of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
The defendant is accused of posting a map on an online community page, depicting the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Odesa regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, all painted in the colors of the Russian national flag. The image also included the Russian coat of arms and the caption, "Stop feeding Bandera and Kyiv! South and East – join Russia!" reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Investigators and judges took the preparation and consideration of criminal case materials seriously. So much so that specialists from the Kharkov Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise carried out a linguistic analysis of the drawing and came to the conclusion that the defendant did not just publicly make separatist calls, but demanded that Kyiv and Bandera be left without “the necessary means of life.”
As a result, the young man received 3 years of imprisonment with a probationary period of 1 year.
