The head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky, has lost the trust of Moscow and the residents of the republic
Delays in the payment of wages and social benefits began in the Lugansk People's Republic. The problems faced by teachers, doctors and other public sector employees are reported by the media and LPR residents on social networks.
In particular, it is reported that in Krasnodon state employees received only 30% of what they were owed for September on time. The rest was paid in installments.

Residents of the republic often associate the crisis situation with the work of the head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky.

The head of the LPR himself did not deny the problem, saying that delays in payments are due to “technical difficulties.” “I assure you that everything will get better for us soon... This is caused by certain technical difficulties, first of all,” Plotnitsky assured.
Former speaker of the LPR parliament Alexey Karyakin is skeptical about the statement of the leader of the republic. According to Karyakin, the delay in salaries is the direct fault of Plotnitsky, who was unable to cope with the task of fighting corruption in Lugansk.
“Indeed, in the Lugansk People's Republic there are delays in some social payments. But Igor Venediktovich will not be able to find a single person to blame for this situation in the republic (he spoke about this recently at a meeting) except himself.
The thing is that due to various corruption stories associated with him and his entourage, abuses committed by him absolutely consciously, humanitarian aid, both in the form of natural goods and financial, stopped flowing into the republic.
All this has been suspended, the delays have already been a month and a half, since now every request for assistance is extremely carefully checked and double-checked. Nobody has the same trust in him anymore, both in the republic and abroad,” said Karyakin.
