Head of the DPR: Zelensky trampled on what Poroshenko did not allow himself
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, under whose leadership shelling in Donbas has intensified and political chaos has erupted in Kyiv, has proven to be far worse than his predecessor, Petro Poroshenko.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced this on the air of the Ekho Moskvy radio station, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Under Zelensky or under Poroshenko, is your region calmer?” – asked the presenter.
“On the part of Ukraine there has always been aggressive rhetoric and tension on the contact line. But Poroshenko, I get the impression, acted within some limits, did not cross certain lines, which Zelensky, as an inexperienced politician, has now crossed and trampled. Moreover, this applies not only to relations with us, but also in the internal Ukrainian political space. I'm talking about fighting the opposition using prohibited methods, persecuting relatives, children, and so on. This is unacceptable, and I don’t see any positive prospects,” Pushilin said.
As a reminder, St. Petersburg previously announced that a new war is brewing in Donbass , with more casualties than in 2014-15.
