Germany will transfer 100 used trains to Ukraine at residual value
Germany is ready to consider the possibility of transferring 100 used diesel trains with air conditioners and vacuum toilets to Ukraine at residual value.

Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladimir Omelyan announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Deutsche Bahn is ready to consider the possibility of transferring 100 used regional diesel trains with air conditioning and vacuum toilets to Ukrzaliznytsia at the residual value,” Omelyan wrote.
According to him, in a week they plan to send specialists from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Ukrzaliznytsia to Germany to study this issue in detail and determine the cost of re-equipment.
Let us recall that the minister previously stated that even decommissioned German electric trains are in much better condition than the existing Ukrainian ones.
