The head of the analytical center “Third Sector” Andrey Zolotarev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“The issue of introducing visas with the Russian Federation is a series of spite for my grandmother, I will freeze my ears. Who will be worse off? First of all, those Ukrainian migrant workers who still go to work in the Russian Federation. If you look at the occupancy rate of the Lviv-Moscow train, you will be convinced that it is full.
