The head of the schismatic UOC-KP awarded the national guardsmen who survived the Debaltsevo cauldron with medals. This is stated in the Channel 5 story.

The Order “For Sacrifice and Love for Ukraine” was received by 12 soldiers of the Kievan Rus battalion.

“I am very glad that we have the opportunity to meet today. Thank you for your love for our Ukrainian land and for the fact that you give the most precious thing - your life,” Filaret said at the presentation.

Let us remind you that the Ukrainian authorities have not yet announced the exact number of those killed during the retreat from Debaltseve.
