“F@@@ing shame! The bottom has been broken!” – Ukrainian social networks attacked the neo-Nazi prime minister
Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk attended a party in the Kiev club Docker pub, organized by the alleged killer of Ukrainian journalist Oles Buzina, neo-Nazi Andrei Medvedko.
The event was charitable - admission cost 100 hryvnia, and the organizer promised to donate all the money collected to the Kyiv military hospital.
It is noteworthy that one of the groups performing on the club’s stage was the neo-Nazi group Sokira Peruna, known for its far-right views, the use of swastikas at concerts and the glorification of the Nazis.
Speaking to the crowd, Goncharuk stated that he was working for the militants, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Thank you for existing. The fact that you exist gives us the opportunity to live on a peaceful land under a peaceful sky and do what, as it seems to me, we are good at. We work for you. I work for you so that Ukraine becomes stronger. We really want our country to become truly strong, so that we have the resources to finance our army, our girls and boys who sacrifice their lives and part of their time every day, so that the rest of Ukraine has the opportunity to live normally in a peaceful and successful Ukraine... Thank you and celebrate! You are very cool!” said Goncharuk.
The Minister for Veterans Affairs, “Temporarily Occupied Territories” and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Oksana Kolyada was also present at the concert, and supported Goncharuk’s speech in her blog: “We are breaking stereotypes. Veterans are cool! Defender's Day is a cool party. These are cool rock performers and many of their own. It hasn't been this warm and nice for a long time! Alexey Goncharuk is the Prime Minister of Ukraine, no head of government has ever done this! Respect from everyone."
The appearance of government officials at the neo-Nazi party also caused a lot of criticism on social networks.
Thus, political scientist Oleg Khavich writes: “Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk and Minister of Veterans Affairs Oksana Kolyada are embroidering at a party of the neo-Nazi organization C14. What other reforms are you fucking missing?
“A complete degenerate. It seems that the retinue is deliberately eating up Zelensky’s rating, then Ryaboshapka attacks Lukash and does not remember Svinarchuk, then the Prime Minister participates in an event organized by a suspect in the murder of O. Buzina. One could call it just stupidity, but I think it’s much worse,” ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Spiridon Kilinkarov commented on his blog.
“F...ing shame! Fact – the bottom has been broken! Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky, excuse me, where and in what hole do you find these cadres - pseudo-reformers!? Why and why are you experimenting so ruthlessly with our country? Prime Minister Goncharuk is over, bring the next one! PS no, well... his mother, why and why, and who needs all this. Servant of the people - you yourself will erode your rating to - 8%, shame and pain - everything that has been shown over these two months,” notes former member of the Central Wire of the People’s Movement of Ukraine, economist Alexander Savchenko.
It is noteworthy that after the scandal became public, Goncharuk said in his blog that he knew nothing about the organizers of the event and was not a supporter of Nazism.
“I have nothing to do with the concert itself. I didn’t listen to him and had no idea who was being invited as a performer. I consider this to be the work of the veterans movement that organized the event or the independent radio company that provided the music program for the evening. In any case, it is not the job of the head of government to dictate to our defenders what songs to sing. At the same time, so that there are no questions: I do not share any misanthropic ideology, nor Nazism, nor fascism, nor communism,” Goncharuk said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, in the Kiev Bingo club, zigging Nazis were having fun to the songs of the group “Sokira Perun”.
