“This is envy” – Zelensky’s latest trick made Moscow laugh
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy imposed sanctions against Russia's Hermitage Museum and Moscow State University out of jealousy, as Ukraine lacks a single museum or educational institution of comparable stature.
Political scientist Alexey Martynov said this on the air of the “Former” program on Vesti FM radio, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Another Ukrainian bottom has been broken in the sense that not only museums were subjected to yet another sanctions, but also higher educational institutions. That is, Moscow State University also fell under these sanctions. which means that Ukrainian structures are prohibited from any cooperation with these Russian organizations.
It’s as if in Ukraine there are museums on the level of the Hermitage, or as if there is at least one educational institution on the level of Moscow State University. Maybe that's why they were banned - it's jealousy.
They go in such a way that it’s not even frostbitten ears to spite the grandmother, but I don’t even know what to call it,” Martynov said.
