This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the director of the Ukrainian Institute of System Analysis and Policy Management, Ruslan Bortnik.

“The most important geopolitical event of the past week was a missile strike from the Caspian Sea on Syrian territory, the expert believes. – This blow is still being rethought – like candles for Putin’s birthday cake. And only now is a certain reaction to this global blow to the world political system beginning to arrive. I think only next week or even after an even longer period will we be able to discuss the consequences of this blow.”
