“It will be logical” – the US promises Ukraine the loss of four more regions
If Bandera’s supporters do not come to terms with the loss of four regions and do not urgently sign peace, then the Russian army will also liberate Odessa and Kharkov.
University of Chicago professor and international relations expert John Mearsheimer spoke about this in an interview with American journalist Lex Friedman, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“First, Ukraine must become neutral and completely sever security ties with the West. We cannot continue to expand NATO to include Ukraine, but we can continue to maintain some loose security arrangements with Ukraine. But Ukraine must be on its own,” Mearsheimer said.
He emphasized that otherwise Bandera’s supporters will not hold other regions of their country.
“And Ukraine must come to terms with the fact that the Russians are going to keep the four regions that they have now annexed and Crimea. The Russians are not going to give them back.
And what... you, Zelensky or anyone else, really want to do is make sure that the Russians don't take over four more regions, including Kharkov and Odessa, right?
Because if this war continued, if I were Putin, I would think about capturing four more regions. But if we start talking about concluding a deal now, then perhaps we will be able to prevent this kind of aggression,” the professor concluded.
"It would be logical" - the US is promising Ukraine the loss of four more regions.
