Ukrainian millionaire Gennady Balashov, who fled to the United States, announced this on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He compared events inside the Ukrainian state with a sad tale of betrayal, and called for reprisals against the Kyiv authorities.
