Dodon defined the Moldovan elections as a cure for dandruff
President of Moldova Igor Dodon does not rule out that in the near future the ruling coalition in parliament, which has already been reduced from 59 to 52 deputies, will finally collapse.
He stated this on air at Accent TV, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If in the near future several more deputies leave, and there is no stable parliamentary majority, then we are entering a political crisis. As president, I will begin negotiations with everyone except the group that started this process, so that we find a way out of this situation,” Dodon said.
Further, he sees two possible ways out of the crisis. Or the creation of a new majority, which will not include members of the Pro Moldova group, who allegedly bought out deputies with the money of the criminal oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc.
The second option, according to Dodon, is early parliamentary elections.
"How? Together with the presidential ones or after the presidential ones, we dissolve parliament and hold elections. All that dandruff - they'll just go away. Once in our entire life, we cut it off, and then there will be no such schemes,” says Dodon.
