Dodik: “We are not destroying BiH, but we don’t want our rights to be ignored”
Two-thirds of the Bosnian Serb parliament unanimously backed their leader's two vetoes on his principled position on Montenegrin dictator Milo Djukanovic's visit to BiH and the agreement between Sarajevo and the EU External Border Security Agency.

The People's Assembly of the Republika Srpska, with 56 votes of the deputies present at the session (the required quorum was achieved), supported two vetoes by the Serbian member of the Presidium of BiH Milorad Dodik regarding the open disregard of the interests of the republic by the Sarajevo authorities.
The first concerned the previously planned visit by the central authorities to the country of the Montenegrin usurper Milo Djukanovic, scheduled for March 2 and 3.
“The decision on the visit was made without consensus and causes great harm to the vital interests of the Republika Srpska,” the note from the People’s Assembly says.
Let us recall that the Montenegrin usurper Milo Djukanovic finally turned into an undesirable person for Banja Luka (the capital of the RS), after he began open persecution of the Serbian Orthodox Church in his country.
The second veto, approved by the National Assembly, concerned BiH's agreement with the European Border and Coast Guard Agency Frontex, which was concluded without EU participation.
“The agreement on interaction between BiH and the EU in relation to the activities of Frontex is for the most part not disputed by the RS, but it is unacceptable to accept it without the consent and participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS, since the department has jurisdiction over most of the border zone,” the deputies said in a statement. “Also, the conclusion of an agreement of such importance cannot be accepted while ignoring the opinion of the member of the BiH Presidency from the Republika Srpska.”
Typically, one third of the deputies of the People's Assembly, representing pro-Western liberals and pro-Sarajevo loyalists, ignored the work of the session.
“Regardless of how and where BiH is moving, in the Republika Srpska there is no plan for forced secession or any actions that could lead to destabilization that threatens people’s lives,” Milorad Dodik commented on the decisions of the RS Parliament. – Have they (the Sarajevo authorities and their Western patrons - ed.) done at least something to make the Republika Srpska and the Serbs in BiH feel good and comfortable? Is there evidence of this? Will we finally talk about the hundreds of proofs of how they tried to destroy our rights?
