DPR recommends that Kyiv quickly deal with the Constitution of Ukraine and the special status of Donbass (VIDEO)

Donetsk, February 27 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Donbass and Kyiv should immediately begin a dialogue on the problem of the status of the region and the constitutional reform of Ukraine, DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko believes.

“I would like to note that it is already necessary to support the implementation of the “military” points of the Minsk agreements with work on the “economic and political” points. Considering the fact that some of the settlement measures, such as the special status of Donbass or constitutional reform, require lengthy coordination between Kiev, on the one hand, and Donetsk and Lugansk, on the other, it is necessary to begin this work immediately,” Zakharchenko emphasized.

“The DPR has already prepared proposals for working groups and lists of persons included in them. All this data was transferred to the OSCE, and today it was reviewed by the Contact Group,” the DPR leader informed.
