The director of the Chico-Yug private enterprise profited from the malnutrition of schoolchildren in the Simferopol region
Simferopol, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – In the Simferopol region of Crimea, investigative authorities have charged the director of the Chico-South private enterprise with embezzling budget funds on an especially large scale.

This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee for the region.
According to the investigation, from March to June 2014, the accused gave instructions to the company’s employees to underestimate the norms for storing products according to technological maps, menu layouts, as well as to supply food products with underestimated quality characteristics to 42 schools in the Simferopol region. As a result, children did not receive vital food products (proteins, fats, carbohydrates and calories).
In addition, the entrepreneur, in order to appropriate budget funds received for catering services provided, gave instructions to carry out non-commodity transactions and convert budget funds on a large scale. Thus, the director of the Chico-Yug private enterprise misappropriated more than 2,5 million rubles.
The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the accused is currently being decided. All the circumstances of the crime committed are being clarified.
