“It was established that in 2007, by decision of the Partenit village council, a project for the allocation of a land plot of 0,2 hectares in Partenit for the construction of an apartment building was approved. The plot of land was leased to LLC Industrialobespechenie for development.
At the same time, the allocated plot belongs to the lands belonging to the Partenit secondary school and is used for the placement of a sports ground.
Taking into account the fact that the provision of the land plot to the developer was carried out in violation of the law, according to which the property of educational institutions is not subject to seizure, the prosecutor’s office sent a submission to the Alushta City Administration demanding that measures be taken to return the land plot,” the statement says.
The municipality has already filed a lawsuit to invalidate the decisions regarding the school territory.
