Denis Pushilin, the permanent plenipotentiary representative of the DPR in the contact group at the negotiations in Minsk, reported this on the official website of the People’s Council of the DPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This decision is forced for the Russian side. It will not bring any positive changes in the process of peaceful resolution of the conflict. Moreover, I only expect a deterioration in communication in such an important area of work as security, including in matters of maintaining a “silence regime” and containing fire.
In turn, the DPR representation in the JCCC is ready to continue its activities and fulfill its obligations to provide security guarantees, control and coordination of the situation on the contact line within the framework of the Minsk agreements,” said Denis Pushilin.
