According to the document, social gas consumption standards have been reduced to 5 cubic meters from 5,5 cubic meters per 1 square meter of heated area.
In addition, the standards for thermal energy consumption for centralized heat supply by subscribers whose residential buildings are equipped with house and/or apartment metering devices have been reduced: to 0,0431 Gcal from 0,0548 Gcal per 1 square meter of heated area per month during the heating period.
Electricity standards for individual heating have also been reduced: to 51 kWh from 65 kWh per 1 square meter of heated area per month during the heating period.
This means that now Ukrainians who consume more than the established norms will not be able to qualify for subsidies.
It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers expects that thanks to such innovations, by the beginning of 2018, the number of subsidy recipients in Ukraine will be reduced by a third - to 5 million households.
